Refund policy - Returns and Exchanges
Return Period
Most products can be returned within 30 business days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and the packaging is undamaged. Any product seals, vacuum sealed plastic and peel strips must still be intact / in place on technology products.
How to Return
Before returning a product, please contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Good-Will.au. Please use a tracked and insured postal service, as we are not liable for any product lost in transit.
Refund and Exchange Value
The value of your return or exchange will be calculated less a 20% restocking fee, and any itemised shipping costs.
Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are faulty:

Apps and Gift Cards.

Clothing and head protection products that come into direct contact with skin or hair (hygiene reasons).

Custom-configured and activated products, such as AAC Bundles.

End-of-life products.

iPad Air, iPad Pro, iPad Cellular Models
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund. You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty when shopping with Good-Will.au. Our customer support team will assist you in navigating the specific requirements of any manufacturer’s assessment and repair process for faulty products.
NDIS Funded Orders
For orders funded by the NDIS, any credit resulting from your return will be refunded to the original method of payment:

Agency Managed: Returned directly to the NDIS.

Plan Managed: Returned to your Plan Manager.

Self-Majaged: Returned to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card). You are responsible for advising and working with NDIS in order to return the funds to NDIS in this circumstance.
