As societies worldwide face the rising number of older adults, finding inventive ways to tackle the challenges of ageing is becoming increasingly important in a technology-driven society. The symposium hosted by the NSW Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing, on 3 March 2025, brought to light numerous insights and strategies that could reshape how we handle ageing in our communities.


Ways IT Service Desk can enhance independence for older adults in a technology-driven society. The significance of inclusive design, which includes engaging older adults in the creation of Communication and Information equipment to guarantee that these products truly address their needs and make their lives easier.
