Kai Hillam

Mrs. Kai Hillam is a respected shareholder of Synergy Metal Group and GIS Solutions Australia. She is also the President of the Asian Australian Business Council.

     

Kai is a highly experienced business manager who possesses a deep passion for Food Science and Technology. She has an impressive track record of serving as an account manager for several airlines, including Cathay Pacific and Qantas, and has also owned and operated her own restaurant, "Kai's Thai Cuisine Double Bay," for a decade.     


Situated in one of the most upscale and fashionable shopping districts in Australia, Kai's restaurant focused on delivering a fine dining experience that surpassed the expectations and demands of her discerning clientele.  Kai proactively addressed various challenges, such as accessibility, employee retention, food security, health and hygiene, supply chain disruptions, and equipment, to remain competitive in the market.     


Kai is a highly accomplished individual with an impressive track record of community service. She has held several key positions, including Vice President of Eastern Suburb for Women Network and of  Thai Restaurant Association of NSW, and has been recognised for her contributions to the World AIDS Conference in Thailand.     


Kai is also a proud member of The Women’s Club Sydney. Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor Degree of Political from the Ramkhameng University, Bangkok, a Diploma of Jewellery Design from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Certificate from the Glion Institute of Higher Education (GIHE), Switzerland.​​
